Adding email signature in Outlook and / or O365 Webmail

This guide should assist in adding an email signature in Outlook and / or O365 Webmail

Adding a signature to Outlook 2016.  Scroll down for O365. 

In Outlook, click File in the top left and click on “Options”  

 

 Then, in the window that opens click on “Mail” and then “Signatures” 

 

 

Click “New” and give a name to the Signature you are creating.  Then check the boxes if you want your signature to be included in new message and / or if you want it included in messages that are forwarded or replied to. 

Then you can type in  your information.  Click “OK” to save.

Adding a signature to O365 Webmail

In the Outlook Web App, click on the cog wheel to open the options then scroll down and click on “Mail” 

 

 

Then, in the window that opens on the left, scroll down and click on “Email Signature” .   

 

 

In the window that opens you check the boxes if you want your signature to be included in new message and / or if you want it included in messages that are forwarded or replied to. 

Then you can type your information.  Click “Save” when done.  Click the green arrow next to Options to get back to your mail.
