This guide will help you see all of your IT Support tickets.
The IT Knowledge Base can be found in our Help Center at help.davey.com. This is where you can see all of the IT Support tickets that have been created for you or by you and any updates to those tickets. You can also create a ticket for yourself by clicking on Submit an IT request, search the Knowledge Base or FAQs for How To articles and other information.
Phone calls, emails, chats and texts all create a ticket which can be seen at help.davey.com.
To start, go to help.davey.com and click on Sign In.
Sign in with your Davey email address or Davey User ID and password.
Click on the small arrow next to your name to open a menu
From here you can either click on "My Activities" in the drop down menu or by clicking on the "View My Tickets" tile. You can also submit a new ticket by clicking the "Submit an IT Request" tile.
You will be able to search for tickets and see any updates.
For assistance from the Davey I.T. Service Desk, please remember to include your name, employee ID, and call back number, with a brief explanation of your issue.
